Details
In The Human Centipede (First Sequence) (2009), two American girls on a road trip find themselves stranded in the woods of Germany with a broken car. Desperate for help, they stumble upon an isolated villa and seek shelter there overnight. However, their relief quickly turns to horror when they wake up the next day to discover that they are trapped in a sinister basement hospital with a Japanese man.
The man responsible for their captivity is an older German surgeon who claims to be a retired specialist in separating conjoined twins. However, his true intentions are far more disturbing. He plans to carry out a twisted experiment that involves joining his captives together in a horrifying manner, creating a human centipede by connecting them through their gastric systems.
As the girls and the Japanese man desperately search for a way to escape the sadistic surgeon's clutches, they must confront their gruesome fate and find a way to survive this nightmarish ordeal.
