Details
The Delta Force (1986) follows the story of terrorists Abdul Rafai and Mustafa, who hijack a Boeing 707 with 144 passengers and crew. Their aim is to force the pilot, Captain Campbell, to fly to Beirut instead of Rome and New York. In response, the Delta Force team, led by Colonel Nick Alexander and Major McCoy, is assigned to handle the situation.
As the hijackers separate the Jewish and Marine passengers, they transport them to Beirut while bringing onboard twelve additional terrorists. The plane then travels to Algiers, where the women and children are released. However, the Delta Force discovers that there are now fourteen terrorists on board, not just two. This new information leads Alexander to abort the mission, but Abdul kills a Marine and takes the male passengers back to Beirut.
Now faced with a complex situation, the Delta Force must act in two locations containing a large number of terrorists in order to free the hostages. Will they succeed?
