Details
Tad, the Lost Explorer (2012) is an adventurous and humorous animated movie that follows the life of Tad, a construction worker from Chicago who dreams of becoming an archaeologist and adventurer like his idol Max Mordon. However, in reality, Tad's life is far from exciting.
Everything changes when Tad is mistaken for a real professor and finds himself on a flight to Peru in search of the legendary Lost City of Paititi. But things take an unexpected turn when he discovers that Professor Lavrof, the man he was mistaken for, and his daughter Sara are waiting for the famous professor to crack a cryptic code to reach the city.
Complicating matters is the fact that Sara is engaged to Max Mordon. Yet, Tad soon learns that Max has secretly betrayed the professor by teaming up with the nefarious Kopponen and his shady Odysseus corporation. Determined to become the hero he has always dreamed of, Tad steps up to save the professor and the city.
In this action-packed and entertaining adventure, Tad must overcome his insecurities and prove himself worthy of the title adventurer. With stunning visuals, lovable characters, and a good dose of humor, Tad, the Lost Explorer is sure to captivate audiences of all ages.
