In the movie Riot (2015), Copper Jack Stone devises a cunning plan to carry out a bank robbery, with the sole purpose of landing himself in prison alongside the infamous Russian criminal known as Balam. However, Balam is not just any ordinary mob kingpin – he holds immense power, controlling the police force from within the confines of the prison walls.
Within the prison, Balam lives a double life, masquerading as an inmate while exerting his true authority as the city's ultimate kingpin.
