In Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa och tidernas tecken (2015), Ash, Pikachu, and their friends find themselves in a desert city by the sea, where they encounter Hoopa, a Mythical Pokémon with a mysterious power. Hoopa can summon things, including people and Pokémon, using its magic ring. However, after a terrifying incident, the group discovers a tale about a courageous hero who once halted the rampage of a fearsome Pokémon.
