Details
In Next Friday (2000), Debo, a menacing escaped convict, is on a mission to seek revenge on Craig. To protect his son, Craig's father sends him to Rancho Cucamonga to stay with his Uncle Elroy and cousin Day-Day, who recently relocated to the suburbs after hitting the lottery jackpot. However, life in the suburbs turns out to be nothing like what Craig was accustomed to in South Central.
As soon as Craig arrives, he discovers that Rancho Cucamonga comes with its own set of challenges and hilarious mishaps. From eccentric neighbors to quirky friends, Craig and Day-Day find themselves in a series of comical and outrageous situations that make their previous experiences in South Central seem mild in comparison.
