Dead Rising: Watchtower (2015) is a thrilling zombie movie set in East Mission, Oregon. The story follows reporter Chase Carter and camerawoman Jordan as they cover a zombie outbreak, interviewing the people in quarantine. The government organization known as FEZA is using a vaccine called Zombrex to help the victims. Chase attempts to interview a woman named Crystal LaRourke, but suddenly the patients turn into zombies. In a panic, Jordan escapes in their car, leaving Chase behind.
Desperate to survive, Chase teams up with Crystal, who later finds Maggie, a distraught woman who has just lost her child. They seek refuge in a loan store, while Jordan manages to make it to the border but is put in quarantine. Meanwhile, the military, led by General Lyons, wants to bomb the city, as Zombrex has proven to be ineffective.
As Chase, Crystal, and Maggie fight their way towards the border, Chase discovers a shocking secret about Crystal. Simultaneously, Jordan uncovers General Lyons' true intentions. The group must now confront zombies, military forces, and their own inner demons as they race against time to reach safety.
Dead Rising: Watchtower is a suspenseful and action-packed movie that explores themes of survival, loyalty, and hidden agendas. Viewers will be on the edge of their seats as they follow the characters' journey through a post-apocalyptic world filled with danger and uncertainty.
