In the movie Cats & Dogs, a battle ensues between cats and dogs, an age-old rivalry hidden from the humans. Professor Brody, a scientist, is determined to create a serum that can cure dog allergies in humans. Unbeknownst to the humans, cats make multiple attempts to seize the formula while dogs tirelessly strive to thwart their efforts.
Amidst the chaos, a young beagle named Lou, who is adopted by the Brody family, aspires to become a secret agent and befriend Scotty Brody, the young son of the family. However, an evil snow white cat named Mr. Tinkles devises a plan to disrupt Professor Brody's quest for a cure. He seeks to make every person on Earth allergic to dogs, enabling him to dominate the world with his nefarious army of cats.
As the battle between cats and dogs escalates, Lou must prove his skills as a secret agent and protect the precious serum. Will Lou and his fellow canine friends be able to stop Mr. Tinkles and save the world from a feline takeover?
