American Yakuza (1993) is an action-packed crime thriller set in the dangerous world of the Japanese Yakuza and the Italian Mafia. The story revolves around Nick Davis, a former prisoner who finds employment at a warehouse owned by the Yakuza patriarch Isshin Tendo. When the warehouse comes under attack by the ruthless Italian Mafia led by Dino Campanela, Nick shows bravery and saves the life of Shuji Sawamoto, the representative of Yakuza interests in America.
Impressed by Nick's courage, Shuji recruits him to work for the Yakuza and becomes his godfather in the family. Little does Shuji know that Nick is actually an undercover FBI agent tasked with infiltrating the criminal organization. As Nick delves deeper into the Yakuza's operations, he uncovers a sinister plot orchestrated by Campanela to destroy the Yakuza.
As tensions rise and loyalties are tested, Nick must navigate a dangerous path, torn between his duty as an FBI agent and his newfound loyalty to the Yakuza. With the FBI closing in on Campanela and his plans escalating, Nick finds himself caught in a deadly game where survival is uncertain.
