Adam is a 27-year-old writer who receives devastating news: he has been diagnosed with a rare form of spinal cancer. In the face of this overwhelming diagnosis, Adam embarks on a journey of self-discovery, love, and friendship that will forever change his outlook on life.

With the support of his best friend Kyle, who tries to keep Adam's spirits up with his irreverent humor, and his loving mother, Diane, who is always by his side, Adam begins to navigate the challenges of his illness.
